Interviews for Israel.....

On 27 June 2026, recruitment interviews were conducted at the Hightec Lanka International Vocational & Technical Training Institute training premises in collaboration with representatives of the Israeli recruitment team.

The interviews were organized to recruit Heavy Machinery Operators for employment opportunities in the construction sector in Israel. Participants included both graduates of Hightec Lanka International Vocational & Technical Training Institute and current trainees who are undergoing training at the institute.

The programme provided candidates with the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, practical skills, and competency to prospective employers as part of the recruitment process for overseas employment.
